Bodegas de Alberto is currently the only traditional Rueda Dorado winemaker, making these wines exclusively through the use of the historic method of oxidative aging in damajuanas exposed to the sun and followed by aging in soleras, with the mother wines going back more than 80 years. This is the traditional method going back over 350 years that the Gutiérrez family inherited and have maintained uninterrupted since the 1940s, responsibly passed down from generation to generation.
