Poças Soberbo Apéritif Vermouth

An historic family recipe brought back to life in 2018 as part of the celebration of Poças’s 100th anniversary.  Straw yellow in colour. On the nose and palate there is orange skin, tangerine, rockrose, saffron, citrus fruit, rosemary.  Compelling and intense with hints of honey and botanical extracts, and a light touch of freshness and bitterness. Quite long and fresh on the finish.  Ideal as an aperitif, goes specially well when paired against a green salad with tomato, cottage cheese, capers.

Serve on the rocks with a thread of orange peel or as a cocktail with tonic water or gin.
